Society Affairs

Society may publish a journal books, pamphlets or any other publication. Under direction of Exec. Committee
Journal shall be published under direction of the all-editorial board, constitution 1) Editor 2) Exec. Editor 3) Assistant editor. Board.
Board shall be in office for 3 years will be eligible for renomination so as to have a total tenure of not more than 6 years.
Board under general contract & supervision of exec. Committee shall submit 6 months reports
Editors post- shall be filled by inviting nomination
Credentional committee will recommend
Editor shall hold position for 3 years shall be eligible for renominations for a maximum of 2 tenures of 3 years each competitive or other issue.
For all other periodicals published by society same rules exist.

       1) Any city having at least 10 valid life members of the society can form a Branch
       2) All city branches shall be governed by constitution of society.
       3) Membership of society is mandatory There shall be no separate membership form of the city branch
       4) No additional membership fees are to be collected by city branch from members.
       5) Administrative, Financial & local academic activities of branches are governed by their own executive committee

Head of City Branch- Chairman

Exec. Committee shall consist of Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer & 4 committee members.

6) All city branches should submit an Annual Report of its activities in each calendar year & copy of its audited accounts to National Secretariats. Branches failing to comply with this will not be eligible to receive any financial assistance from head quarter.

7) National executive committee reserves the rights to dissolve the city branch. Or dismiss office bearers in their place till fresh elections are held (within 3 months) should above mention clause not completed for notice 2 years.

8) The dismissed office bearers will not be eligible for re- election to any executive/ academic committee posts in city branch or National Exec. Committee of ISCCM for a period of 4 years.
